| Always present in restaurants are the cogollos deTudela (lettuce hearts), fresh asparagus and piquillo peppers, typical red peppers of sweet flavour, cultivated in Lodosa.
Re-known wine cellars appear all over the Ribera de Navarre: in Corella, Cintruenigo, Villafranca, San Adrian, Azagra, Caparroso, Murchante or Cascante are some of them. Excellent red, white and rose wines can be tasted anywhere, together with cold meats, stews or a tasty vegetable dishes. |
